HackerEarth

The brief
Context
HackerEarth is a global tech hiring platform that also runs one of the world's largest developer communities through hackathons and coding challenges.
Challenge
The brand hadn't kept up as HackerEarth grew from a coding-challenge site into a full hiring platform for enterprises: it felt dated, and it needed credibility with HR leaders without losing the energy developers loved.
Solution
I led the rebrand and built an identity that bridges both worlds — sharp and trustworthy for the businesses hiring, bold and lively for the developers coding — around one idea: great talent deserves to be found.
I extended the identity across marketing, event, social and product touchpoints and brand guidelines, so every touchpoint speaks with one voice.
